Sharon and her friend, Mark, preceded to tell Bird that they had heard through the grapevine that there were four or five of her husband’s boards at the Shed. Growing up around resin and fiberglass, building his own skate ramps, and sweeping floors for nonother than the likes of Rich Harbour, it didn't take long until Tim was fixing dings and eventually shaping his own boards.
